He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace David Meeks and Colleen C. Meeks; and his brother Danny Ray "Punk" Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Josh Meeks (Jaime) of Tracy City and Jessica Sweeton (Jason) of Wartrace; his brothers, Darryl Meeks (Betty) of Soddy Daisy and Kevin Meeks of Tracy City; and his grandchildren, Luke, Tayler Meeks and Jayden Clay Sweeton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous close friends.
