He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Boston and Teresa Driska Boston; and his siblings, Clarence, Alvin Boston, Lillie Mae Paris, Dorothy Taylor, Elsie Walker and Gladys Malloy.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Barron Boston; his sons, Ronald Boston (Pat) of Coalmont, TN and Stephen Boston of Montgomery; and his stepchildren, Mike Barron (Avery) and Jodi Ferguson (Kam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
