He is survived by: his wife Linda Anderson Lowe of Coalfield; his children, Terry Lowe (Cyndie) of Florida, Lena McKinney (Rickey) of Oliver Springs and Cheryl Mullins (David) of Coalfield; his grandchildren, Adam Lowe, Amber Lowe, Jennifer Perkins (Stephen), Steve McKinney (Tori), Tyler Mullins (Samantha) and Justin Mullins; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Trevor, Abigail, Skylar, Landon, Kelsey, Hayley and Kenzi; and his siblings, Dennis Lowe (Marie) of Clinton, Cardus Lowe of Clinton, Meredith Lowe of Knoxville and Gertrude Conaster of Knoxville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and special friends.
