She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Jones and Katherine Jones; and her parents-in-law, George and Thelma Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Emmanuel Phillips of Harriman; her sons, Jacob Phillips (Misty) of Oak Ridge, Zachary Phillips (Jane) and Ethan Phillips of Oak Ridge; and her grandchildren, Athaliah, Everley Phillips and Raigan Myers. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Central Elementary School, 1315 Knoxville Highway, Wartburg, TN 37887.
