He was predeceased by: his wife Lelia; his parents, George Hall and Dessie Hall; and his siblings, George Jr., Shirley Taylor and Martha Lou Scarboro.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Hall (Connie) of Clinton, TN, Robin Elliott (Wesley) of Lake City, TN and Rodney Hall (Kim) of Jonesborough, TN.; his grandchildren, Justin Hall, Dr. Brittney Kerber (John Kerber), Austin Elliott (Ashley Carl), Angela Elliott (Jacob Baxter), Kristen Hall and Ryan Hall; his great grandchildren, Cannen Baxter and Lily Carl; and his sisters, Lana Flo Kelly and Sue Beets.
In lieu of flowers the family strongly requests memorials be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or your local charity.
