He is survived by: his wife Betty Taylor of Clinton; his children, Marcell Fay Taylor Bean of Oliver Springs, Anthony Taylor of Clinton and Toby Taylor (Candice) of Caryville; his siblings, Janice Morell of Rockwood, Patsy Calway (Robert) of Oak Ridge, Connie Wreyford Cheeck of North Carolina, Carl Taylor of Oak Ridge, Ronnie Taylor (Donna) of Heiskell, Leon Taylor of Clinton and Timothy Rogers of Cordova; and his stepchildren, Sherry Bryant of Clinton, Gayle Brown (Tracy) of Clinton, Denise Sissom (David Clinton), Stephanie Brock (Joe) of Clinton, Laura Garrett and Ryan of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
