She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Phillips and Nerva Jane Duncan Phillips; her husband Gerald Boggs; her daughter Valerie Patterson; her sister Georgie Cooper; her nephew Chuck Cooper; and her great grandchild Myranda Monroe.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Getsy (Phillip) of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; her siblings, Jack Bradshaw (Shirley) of LaPort, Indiana, Brenda Rains of Oak Ridge and Cleo Terry of Deer Lodge, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Tina Monroe (Jonathan), Holly Hale, Hunter Metcalf, Rosa Lina Hale and Haidyn Metcalf; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Monroe, Jonathan Monroe, Lyric Hale, Bryce Dill and River Dill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
