He was predeceased by: his parents, Vate Ramsey and Evelyn Ramsey. He is survived by: his children, David Turner (Angie), Steve Ramsey (Angela) and Michelle Ramsey-Haun (Mark); and his siblings, Larry Ramsey (Penny), Billy Ramsey (Janice) and Darlene Perry (James). He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
