He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Otis Carr and Nancy Shilt Carr Seiber; his sister Joan Byrge; and his grandchild Baby Carr. He is survived by: his daughter Tabetha Carr of Caryville; his siblings, John Carr of Lenoir City, Loretta Braden (Benny) of Clinton and Pam Warner (Randy) of Virginia Beach; his brother-in-law Mike Byrge of Maynardville; and his grandchild Rae Leigh Henegar. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
