She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hayden (TJ) and Louise Hayden; and her siblings, Ronald Hayden (Poochie), Brenda Willis and Thomas Hayden, Jr. (Swann).

She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Hayden of Columbus, OH, Marilyn Hayden of Clinton, TN and Richard Hayden of Columbus, OH; her sister-in-law Shelia Hayden of Knoxville, TN; her friends, Denise Scruggs and Delores Cole; and her sister Odessa Anderson of Oak Ridge, TN.
