He is survived by: his mother Wanda Rhea of Clinton, TN; the mother of his children Kathy Rhea of Clinton, TN; his children, Cody Rhea (Kasi) of Oliver Springs, TN and Chelsea Rhea (Matt Steffey); his brothers, Jeff Rhea (Karen) of Maryville, TN and Mike Rhea of Clinton, TN; his grandchildren, Barrett and Baylor Rhea; his close friend Shirley Manning; and his friends, Jessica Duncan of Maynardville, TN and Dr. Pepper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
