She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Holt and Patsy Holt; her brother-in-law Tyke Emch; and her nephews, Justin and Christopher Holt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Foust (Jonathan) and Victoria Sparks; her grandchildren, Lilly, Willow and Greyson Bleldsoe; her siblings, Lynn Holt (Christy), Debbie Puckett (Jeff), Pamela Davis (Melvin) and Tammy Emch; her nephew Austin Jabali; and her niece Jessica Lonsberry. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
