He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Ray and Mary Evadna Laxson; his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Ryan, Sarah Frances Reeder and Emma Mae Walls; and his child Lezlie Carole.
He is survived by: his wife Millie; and his children, Susan Tulloch (Gene), Gayle Carver (Alden) and Robert Bruce Laxson. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, along with many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
