He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Raby and Dora Raby; his wife Hazel Braden Raby; his daughter Judy Williams; his granddaughter Tracy Brewer; his stepmother Maggie; and his siblings, Boyd Raby, Clyde Raby, Burnett Nichols and Florence Hendren.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Andrews (Bill) of Clinton, TN; his grandchildren, Phillip Andrews (Krystal) of Knoxville, TN, John Andrews (Heather) of Knoxville, TN, Robert Andrews of South Carolina and Samantha Williams of Oak Ridge, TN; his sister-in-law Claudia Braden of Lewisburg, TN; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Andrews, Olivia Andrews, Aubrey Andrews, Braden Andrews, Chloe Brewer, Loki Brewer and Jessamyn Duncan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
