He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hooks and Margaret Hooks; and his brothers, Edward and Joe Hooks. He is survived by: his brother Delbert (Betty Hooks); his children, Tommy, Tanya, Kenneth and Jamie Hooks; and his caregivers, Michael, Michelle, Graycie and Jadon Murphy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends; special family members.
