He is survived by: his wife Melody Hazel; his children, Christine Woods, Mike, Robby Hazel, Paula, Brian Hazel and Tammy; his grandchildren, Michelle Torrence, Haley Hazel, Brooklynn Hazel, Darcey Hazel, Ashley Woods, Jordan Yaste and Macenzie Howard; his great grandchildren, Jamison Torrence, Owen Torrence and Addison Torrence; and his brother Joe Hazel (Sandra).
