He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Rouse and Betty Rouse; and his siblings, Jimmy Rouse and Patricia Rouse. He is survived by: his sisters, Gwen Childress and Sharon Payne; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Payne (Gretchen), Casey Payne (Kari), Cody Payne (Brittany), Madison Payne and Kelli Knight (Ray); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson Payne, Norah Payne, Thatcher Payne, Killian Payne and Lola Knight.
