He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hayes and Margaret Mayes. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son James Hayes (Jamie); his siblings, Kelly Harris and Andy Hayes; and his sister-in-law Carol Self. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
