He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Bolinger, Sr. (Vicky) and Melinda Walker (Mark) of Rocky Top, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Erika Wilson (Taylor) of Rocky Top, Balie of Rocky Top, Jeffrey Jr. of Rocky Top, Lezleigh Bolinger of Rocky Top, Rusty Queener (Chelsea) of Claxton, Brady Walker (Allie) of Powell and Jarrett Walker (Hannah) of Utah; his great grandchildren, Waverly, Aubrey Wilson, Opal, Owen Bolinger, Zara Bolinger, Easton Queener, Emorie and Paxton Walker; his sister Freddie Queener (Jimmy); his caregivers, Reba Pyle (Roger) of Clinton, Hazel Brannon (Lowell) of Alabama and Fay Walker (Michael) of Alabama; his brother Ruben Bolinger (Mary Ann) of Alabama, H. D; and his close friend David Queener.
