He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Baldwin and Ruby Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Baldwin; his daughters, Carolyn Smith, Starla Smith and Talyn Smith; and his sisters, Barbara West (Ralph) of Knoxville, Joan Holmes (Bill) of Knoxville and Sharon Baldwin of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
