He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Raymond Sanderson and Nellie Sanderson; his brother Walter H. Sanderson; and his sister-in-law Ann Sanderson. He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Joseph and Betty Howard; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Gordon Honeycutt; his wife Kathy Howard Sanderson; his daughters, Angie Burress (Wayne), Amy Koerner (Paul), Allison Helms (Johnny) and Abbe Little (Jeff); his grandchildren, Meredith Burress, Evan Burress (Samantha), Riley, Jared Koerner, Trey, Katelyn Helms, Logan Little (Kayla) and Garrett Little; his great grandchildren, Ari and Alahna Little; and his brothers, Bill Sanderson (JoAnn), Jim Sanderson (Dee), David Howard (Judy), Steve Howard (Teresa) and John Howard (Belita). He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
