She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Thomas and Willene Hicks (Russell); her husband Gene Stewart; and her siblings, Billy Hicks and Jayne Gregory.
She is survived by: her son Kendall Gregory; and her close friend Deb Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Patti's wishes were to be cremated with no service and asked that donations in her memory be made to a charity of your choice or to the ASPCA or Project Linus (projectlinus.org/donations) and designate East TN or a check made out to Project Linus mailed to 365 Dean Dr., Ten Mile, TN 37880.
