She is survived by: her husband Edward Carter; her daughters, Kim Mitchell (Kent) of Clinton and Dana Hogue of Clinton; her grandchildren, Amanda Mitchell (Matt McMahan), Samantha Whitson (Stephen), Daniel Mitchell, Tad Hogue (Nicole), Brandon Hogue (Sarah) and Joshua Hogue; and her great grandchild Penelope Hogue.
