He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto T. Briscoe and Elizabeth W. Briscoe; his wife Marie; his sister Marjorie B. Anthoine (Bob) of Fort Valley, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Williams, Glenn Rauchle, James D. McLean, Sara Williams, Virgie Rauchle and Sylvia McLean of Milan, TN..
He is survived by: his son William (Bill); his daughter-in-law Donna of Oak Ridge; his daughter Mary Wilson (Frank White) of Knoxville; his granddaughter Erin W. Sharp (Tim); and his great grandchildren, Avery and Ellanor Sharp of Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
