It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Phillips of Clinton, Tennessee, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Conda Tackett and Mary Duncan Tackett; her son Kenneth Ray Pyles; her husband Lonas Phillips; and her siblings, Arvil Clarence, Carl, Paul, John, Lewis Tackett and Hazel Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Sadie, Anora and David Pyles (Sylvia) of Mesquite, Texas; her siblings, Ronnie Tackett of Golden, Mississippi and Ethel Kennedy of Lake City; and also, Kenneth Eugene Pyles and Hannah.
