He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Audrey (Andy Gorin), Christy (Murray Walker) and James (Daphne Windham); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Arielle, Tanner, Taylor, Ty, Lucas, Madison, Ethan, Haley and Katie; his sister Chris Childs; and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Rachel, Margaret Holda, Marie Holda and Matthew Holda.
