He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walker and Janice Walker (Snoke); his birth father Frank; his stepmother Polly Walker; and his sister Candace Sue Larese.
He is survived by: his wife Star Lakavage; his siblings, Robert Walker (Kendra), Bill Walker (Mary), Tom Walker (Virginia), Linda Carroll (Matthew), Karen Tackitt (Ben) and Bettie Ann Seymour (Jeff); and his nephew Mark Walker. He is also survived by many nephews, a few nieces, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
