He is survived by: his wife Karen Holstine; his children, Michael David Holstine, Jr. (Nicole), Kevin Lee Holstine (Ashley) and Crystal Holstine (Devon Smith); his stepchildren, Jordan Fraley, Cody David Holstine, Austin Connor Osborne and Cheyenne Lee Barber; his sisters, Brenda Wilson (David) and Martha Tucker; his grandchildren, Allison, Madison, Christian, Reagan, Brooklyn, Landon, Bentley, Riley, Joey and Aundrea; and his father-in-law Kenneth Owen Seiber.
