It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvell Geneva Webber (Clinton, Tennessee), born in Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wheeler and Maude Richard Wheeler; her husband Curtis Webber; her sister Virginia Wright; her sons-in-law, Duane Rhyne and Terry Bass; and her grandson Chad Rhyne.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Webber (Rebecca), Perry Webber (Annette), Carole Rhyne, Lisa Osterhout (Steve) and Angie Bass. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
