She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Otto and Silva Simmerman; her husband Charles Lawrence Viar; her sons, Lawrence Viar and Kenneth Viar; and her brothers, William Trenton Simmerman and Henry Simmerman.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Donna Jean Clevenger (Tim), Margaret Lorraine Viar, Lesley Orr Cody Cable, Adam John Viar and Devin McKinley Viar; her great grandchildren, Kadence McKinley Viar, Greyson Wade Viar and Zane Cody; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca McKinney Viar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
