She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Self and Karen Hayes (Rick); her sisters, Jackie Martin (Eddie) and Cathy Wilson; her grandchildren, Madison Cox (Thomas) and Jamie Hayes; and her great grandchild Jude Cox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
