He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fox and Delores "Losie" Fox. He is survived by: his wife Dolly Fox; his son Seth; his daughter-in-law Melissa Fox; his grandson Bryce Fox; and his daughter Jordan Fox (Dustin Dyer).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Nektarios Orthodox Church, 11525 US-321 North, Lenoir City, TN 37771 where he served as Sub-Deacon.
