She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Clark Steadman and Alma Gertrude Wyrick; her grandparents, James Ross Steadman, Matilda Alice Cox, James Douglas Wyrick and Clio Adel Lindsey; and her great-grandparents, Alvah Delos Steadman, Alice Serepta Clark, James Tolbert Cox, Martha Foster, Charles Allen Wyrick, Malinda Jane Gault, Ora Eugene Lindsey and Alma Jeanette Padden.

She is survived by: her husband Lynn Denton; her children, Whitney Suzanne Denton and Franklin Clark Denton (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Caleb Denton Clement (Mackenzie), Rachel Lindsey Clement, Emma Grace Denton, Olivia Suzanne Denton and Phoebe Ella Denton; and her great grandchild Lucy Jane Clement.
