She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Adkins; her parents, Clay Rushton and Ora Slayden Rushton; and her brother Billy Rushton. She is survived by: her daughter Glenna Hagood (David) of Chuckey, TN; her grandchildren, Eddie (Missy Hagood) of Jonesborough, TN, Elizabeth (Parker Johnson) of Greeneville, TN and Victoria (Kyle Osborne) of Greeneville, TN; her great grandchildren, Skye Osborne of Greeneville, TN and Layla Johnson of Greeneville, TN; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Josh Hendren of Michigan, Brianna Hendren of Greeneville, TN, Lauren, Todd Derry of Kingsport, TN and Tanner Mullins of Johnson City, TN; her great great grandchild Leo Derry of Kingsport, TN; her sister Sue Howard of Dickson, TN; her close friends, Dorothy Roach of Clinton, TN, Aime Jones of Clinton, TN, Roma Waycaster of Jonesborough, TN, Joyce Johnson of Mosheim, TN, John Tackett (JT) of Jacksboro and Michelle Newby of Clinton, TN; her caregiver Adrianna Brim of Anderson County; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
