He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Phillips and Edna Phillips; his wife Susie Phillips; and his sister Phyllis Lashley. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Hammond (Davey) of Clinton and Melissa Dills of Clinton; his siblings, Gary Phillips (Gena), Judy Allen and Brenda Akins; his grandchildren, Tyler Dills, Chase Dills and Brenden Hammond; his great grandchildren, Braxton and Jaxon Dills; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Hannah, Donnie Hannah and Kathy Lowe. He is also survived by extended family members and special friends.
