He is survived by: his wife Brenda Osborne of Clinton, TN; his children, Kenneth Osborne (K. J.) of Clinton, TN, Travis Wiggins of Chattanooga, TN, Holly Golden (Steve) of Andersonville, TN, Angela, Billie and Frankie; and his siblings, Ronnie Osborne of Clinton, TN, Esther of Kentucky, Julie of Missouri and Paulette of Tennessee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
