She is survived by: her son James Robert Hayes (Jamie); her sister Carol Mayes Self; her niece Madison Cox (Thomas); her great-nephew Jude Cox; her sister-in-law Kelly Harris; her niece Ashlen Harris; her nephew AJ Harris (Bobbie); her brother-in-law Andy Hayes; her nieces, Kristen and Stacy Hayes; and her aunts and uncles, Jeanette (Jack Morrison), Linda (Jerry Day), Jackie (Eddie Martin), Cathy Wilson, William Webster and Angela Gibby.
