He is survived by: his children, Brandi Strong (Mike Strong) and Eric Phillips (Shelly Phillips); his grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Tanner Smith, Grayson Phillips, Alexis Phillips and Josh Strong; his siblings, Shirley Cody, Leodis Phillips, Bobbie Jean Russel, Davey Phillips, Sheila Justice, Jerry Phillips and Larry Phillips; and his grandchild Greyson.
