It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Poe of Clinton, Tennessee, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McKamey and Mary Phillips McKamey; her husband Clyde Frank Poe; her grandson Gentry Jackson; her son-in-law Carl Douglas Bolling; and her sisters, Rita Ross and Stella Elkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Bolling of Oliver Springs and Wilda Jean Stoker of Oak Ridge; her siblings, Harold McKamey of Kingston and Debra Dooley of Oak Ridge; her grandchildren, Kimberly Tindell, Lori McGill, Christopher Bolling and Amber Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Sophia McGill, Haley McGill, Paisley Jackson and Stella Rose Jackson.
