As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Argo W. Duncan and Alma Guy Duncan. She is survived by: her husband Fred "Joe" O'Neal; and her daughter Meagan Watson (Ryan) of Clinton. She is also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Mortuary (375 N Main St, Clinton, TN 37716). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
