She is survived by: her husband David Butler; her children, Scott Butler (Jessica) and Natasha McLemore (Shaun); her siblings, Hank Mullins and Debra Derrick (Charles); her grandchildren, Madilyn McLemore, Jesse Roberts, Charlee Bailey, Kelsea Potter and Amber Daugherty; her great grandchildren, Raylee Golden, Billy, Brianna Bailey, Garrett and Justin Daugherty; and also, Jaylyn, Jace, Tara Mullins, Stephen, Amber Dunn, Gage, Jayleigh and Alena. She is also survived by special friends and extended family.
