He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kelly and Minnie Kelly; and his brother Tom Kelly of Clinton. He is survived by: his wife Julia Kelly of Clinton; his children, Laura Bull (Jeremy) of Clinton and Adam Kelly (Josephine) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Noah Kelly, Emily Kelly, Aiden Jones, Carson Kelly, Reagan Kelly and Julie Bull; his siblings, Carl Kelly (Evelyn), Robert Kelly (Judy), Mary Howell and Carolyn Kelly-Smith; and his sister-in-law Lana Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Garden (640 Oliver Springs Hwy, Clinton, TN 37716). A reception was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home (621 S Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716).
