He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Henry Percy and Mary Frances McPeck Percy; his sister Betty Jane Hill; and his son Dwight Vincent Percy. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughter Patricia Dianne Warner (Jan); his stepdaughter Linda Weaver; and his daughter-in-law Terrie Percy (Dwight).
