He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ramsey and Lillian Gaylor Lowe; his sons, Gregory Lowe and Dave Goodman; his brothers, Dean Lowe, Glenn Lowe and Jimmy Lowe; and his son John Knight of Caryville.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Teri Walker of Caryville; his children, Tony Lowe (Karen), Robbie Lowe (Rhonda), Ronnie Lowe of Clinton, Sherrie Earl of Lake City and Kelly Lowe of Lake City; and his close friends, Kyle Goodman of Lake City, Hobert Disney of Jacksboro and Harold Goodman of Caryville.
