She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Lay, Sr.; her daughter Stephanie Lyle; and her parents, Frank Harvey and Hanna Harvey. She is survived by: her son Fred Lay (Denise); her grandson Andrew Lay; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Lyle and Elizabeth Wilson (Gene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Sacred Ground Hospice House in Knoxville.
