He is survived by: his cousins, Randall Hawn, Lonzo Hawn and Janette Bunch; his nephew Denny Holder; his wife Josephine Edith Holder; his son Mark Holder (Lela); his grandson Jason of Heiskell; his siblings, Henry Holder of Nashville and Ruby Sproles of Clinton; his brother-in-law Peter Sliwka of Chicago; his brother Ken; his siblings-in-law, Virginia Altes of Oak Ridge, George Richardson (Jan) of Kanas City and Gary Sirois (Nancy) of Utica; his cousins, Carol Armes of Wartburg, Wanda Young of Wartburg and Jimmy Hawn of Oliver Springs; and his close friends, Ann, Darrel Howell of Claxton, Joe Campbell (Margaret) of Powell, Matthew Goins of Claxton and Robert Goins (Gaye) of Clinton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations are made to the Anderson County American Legion Post #172 in Clinton, in care of Post Commander Leon Jaquet.
