She is survived by: her children, Ernest and Bertha Chamberlain; her mother Opal Hayes; her brother Lanny Chamberlain; her husband Johnny Ballinger; her sons, Ty Ballinger (Tonya) and Guy Ballinger (Susan); her grandchildren, Colton Ballinger, Ashley Canant, Matt Berry (Caitlyn), Zach Ballinger (Taylor), Paige Ballinger, Chesni LaRue (Alex), Cade Ballinger and Chloe Krutyansky; her great grandchildren, Korbyn Ballinger, Harry Freels Berry, Charlotte Berry, Everliegh LaRue, Blake Ballinger, Arbor Ballinger and Kinley LaRue; her stepbrother Steve Allen (Sherri); and her pets, Daisy and Tucker.
