She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Burgess and Marcella Burgess; and her husband Charlie Nottingham. She is survived by: her son Craig Caldwell (Ashley); her siblings, Jim Burgess (Trish), Johnny Burgess (Carolyn) and Judy Sqyres; her grandchildren, Christopher Caldwell, Brandon, Olivia Caldwell, Blayze Davis and Noah Davis; and her great grandchild Jarad Caldwell.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
