He was predeceased by: his grandfather Patrick Martin. He is survived by: his parents, Jana Horton and Joshua Martin of Clinton; his grandparents, James and Karen Horton of Clinton; his aunt Julia Hubbard (Chris); his cousins, Mason, Madeline and Morgan of Atlanta; his uncle James Horton II of Clinton; his friends, April Andis, Stephanie Baird, Whitney Matchette and Lyndsay McGhee; his aunt Judy Holden (Darrell); his uncle George Horton (Fannie); and his cousins, Jeremy Horton (Mindy), Josh Holden (Kristen), Jesse Horton (Ashley) and Chrissa Pearson (Dustin).
The family is currently working on a Foundation in Jameson's memory. If you would like to donate in lieu of flowers, please makes donation to the Knoxville Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
