He is survived by: his fiancé Tracy; his foster sister Karen (Leach); his brothers, Albert Goins (Debbie), Mark Goins (Janice) and Jake Goins; his children, Jahala Goins, Larry Carroll, Samantha Coapman and Cody Howe; and his grandchildren, Kaedynce, Addison, Xander, Aubree, McKenna, McKinley, Gunner and Colt.
